Protect from frost. Check the colour prior to application. The substrate must have the correct pre-treatment depending on the substrate. The use of a suitable pre-cleaner or a pre-coat is recommended in special cases. For further information, refer to technical data sheet. Permissible maximum VOC content of product category 2 (d) of the German regulation on on Solvent-Based Paints and Coatings (ChemVOC FarbV). : 420 g/l. Max. VOC content of 2-component thick coating: 420 g/l.

2C polyurethane acrylic lacquer with a long processing time for high-quality coating of façades, machines and structures. Can be used as a single-layer lacquer; also suitable for brushing or rolling on.
Suitable for:
- Hardened old paints
- Factory-primed new parts
- Bare and zinc-plated sheet steels
- Aluminium
- GFRP parts
- Filled surfaces
Cannot be coated with polyester fillers. Reworking with PU sealants, e.g. Bond and Seal, is possible.
Not suitable for powder coatings (temperatures too high).
Mixture by weight: 5:1 with 2C-HS hardener for top coats Acrylic thinner:
Diluting adjustment up to 10 % depending on layer thickness Application tools: brush, roller (not foam roller) or paint spray gun, minimum nozzle size 1.4 mm.
Substrate pre-treatment:
- Iron and steel: clean, sand if necessary (remove rust, scale, rolling skin) and degrease with silicone remover
- Zinc: Ammonia-based wetting agent wash (zinc cleaner)
- Aluminium: clean, sand and degrease with silicone remover
For enhanced corrosion protection, we recommend coating the substrate with the following primers:
1C universal primer, 2C universal primer, 2C epoxy primer
