ASSY 3.0 screws have been optimally adapted for use in wood. A reduced load-bearing capacity of the connection must be considered when using these screws for plastic dowels. For this reason, we only recommend using screws without an optimised thread end (self-drilling blade, counter-thread, ring thread, serrated edge, discharge groove, etc.) for dowels, e.g. ASSY D hexagon wood screws according to DIN 571 or Wüpofast screws.
ETA-11/0190 approval must be observed when using these screws.

Standard mechanical screwing for wood-to-wood connections.
Screwing angle from 0° to 90°. In the case of softwood or softwood materials, installation can be carried out without pre-drilling. In order to reduce the distance between the edges, a hole must be drilled according to the diameter for the thread. When screwing into hardwood, drill in accordance with ETA-11/0190 approval.
