The low weight of the SIMPLEX aluminium housing (series 3122) allows for work with extreme precision on sensitive workpieces and materials that break easily. The user determines the impact force themselves. In addition, the lightweight soft-face hammer can be easily carried on a belt loop. Robust and damping vibrations, the housing is very durable and offers excellent break resistance, not least thanks to its wear-resistant powder coating. It has a handle protection sleeve, protecting the long handle in case of mis-strikes, and is available for SIMPLEX soft-face hammers of sizes ranging from D30mm to D60mm.

Neither copper nor soft metal inserts may be fitted in aluminium housings!

High-precision strikes are possible thanks to an extremely lightweight-housing. Mallets with this housing are precise and well suited for work on sensitive workpieces.
