Application area

The BASIC PVC floor marking adhesive tape with acrylate adhesive allows quick and easy marking of traffic lanes, work and safety areas and parking and storage zones.

It establishes clear delineations in production and storage, as well as in retail and exhibition spaces, and ensures optimal orientation and increased safety.

Ideal for colour-coded pathmarking and demarcation of zones in medium-load areas - by pedestrians or pallet trucks, for example - the tape efficiently supports implementation of 5S and Lean projects. It can be used to clearly and precisely mark out machinery areas, safety clearances, steps and edges, as well storage spaces for pallets and containers, picking zones and storage/shelving bays.

Its reliable adhesive properties on smooth surfaces such as concrete, EP/PU/MMA coatings and tiling make the BASIC floor marking adhesive tape the efficient solution for environment marking in indoor areas.

Instructions

For optimal adhesion, the substrate must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. On certain surfaces, it is recommended that butyl primer also be used - in particular on concrete, asphalt, untreated and unpainted wood and all rough and grained surfaces.

To increase adhesion and durability, the BASIC floor marking adhesive tape should be firmly pressed into place after being applied. A press-on roller works especially well for this.
