Double-impregnated abrasive fleece achieves the required grinding finish with quick and shoulder-free results.
Simple assignment of fineness structure
Colour coding to prevent the different versions from being mixed up.
- At high rotation speeds, coarse grain acts finer, and at low speeds fine grain acts coarser
- Use tools with a low contact pressure; heavy contact pressure causes premature wear
- If there is insufficient removal, do not increase the contact pressure. Instead, use coarser grains
Shadow-free matting, burnishing, polishing and for matching "pre-sanded" metal sheets, achieving impressive surfaces, cleaning oxide coatings and removing tempering colour. For forged steel, malleable cast iron, grey cast iron, carbon steel, deep-drawn steel, steel strip, injection-moulded zinc, non-ferrous metals, Cr-Ni and other stainless steels, as well as wood.
