For particularly demanding wood bonding in indoor and outdoor applications

High level of resistance to water and heat

Simple dispensing design

By screwing on the glue tap, the contents of the container can be dispensed into the adhesive bottle or the glue roller cleanly and easily.

Transparent when hardened

No visible gluing joints. Hardened glued joints are viscoplastic.

Notice

Due to the different composition of substances contained in wood, in individual cases, unpredictable discolouration can occur, e.g. in beech and cherry. In addition, iron in conjunction with the tannic acid in wood may cause colour changes in oak. The processing time and the setting time are heavily influenced by the working conditions (e.g. temperature). For outdoor applications, the glued section must be protected against the weather and provided with adequate surface protection (permanent protection against moisture ingress). Care must be taken to ensure that the glue is not exposed to direct sunlight outdoors due to its thermoplastic properties. Non-thermoplastic adhesives and PUR glue in a dosing system (0892100180) are suitable for applications with direct exposure to sunlight. Softening of the glue and shrinkage of the wood can lead to joint openings. The viscosity of 1-component D3 glues increases during the storage period. However, the processing parameters do not change as a result. Stirring without adding water makes it free-flowing again. Do not add water to the glue! Remove glue residue escaping at the joint, as this may cause red staining due to reacting with oxygen.

Conforms to the requirements for low flammability, smoke density and toxicity (according to IMO FTP Code Part 2 and 5). The requirements for low flammability, smoke density and toxicity (according to IMO FTP Code Part 2 and 5) can only be guaranteed if D3 cold wood glue is used without hardener additive and/or an application quantity of 150 g/m² is not exceeded.

The usage instructions are recommendations based on the tests we have conducted and our experience; carry out your own tests before each application. Due to the large number of applications and storage and processing conditions, we do not assume any liability for a specific application result. Insofar as our free customer service provides technical information or acts as an advisory service, no responsibility is assumed by this service except where the advice or information given falls within the scope of our specified, contractually agreed service or the advisor was acting deliberately. The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.
The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2

Example article number structures:
Example 1: Screw with dimensions of 4x10 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
00574 10 (2 spaces between the 4 and the 10)

Example 2: Screw with dimensions of 10x20 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
005710 20 (1 space between the 10 and the 20)

Example 3: Flat washer with an internal diameter of 6 mm:
VVVVAAABBB

Price per packaging unit (PU):
The displayed price is always in line with the displayed packaging, if the PU is 250 the price for 250 units, if the PU is 300 the price for 300 units.

Price with price key representation (PSL):
The price always applies to a quantity ruled through the price key:
Price for 1 unit
Price for 100 units
