Ideal for the economical fastening of pipe clamps, spacer sleeves, rails (M8 x 16 connecting thread), through thick insulation materials, zinc-plated steel
  • For anchorage in concrete and masonry

  • Extremely flexible application thanks to up to three effective anchorage depths

  • Extra-long versions for large fixture thicknesses, for example, for fastening through insulation materials

  • With metric connection thread for direct fastening of e.g. pipe clamps

  • High loads

  • Very low spacing and edge distances thanks to very low expansion effect

  • Very fast and easy installation, particularly overhead, and immediate load-bearing capacity

  • Fastening can be adjusted up to two times after installation (please refer to the installation instructions)
Proof of Performance

European Technical Assessment ETA-16/0043 for individual fixing point, option 1, cracked and uncracked concrete:

  • Static and quasi-static action (dia. 6)

  • Seismic action, performance category C1 (dia. 6, tension load only)

  • Fire resistance R30, R60, R90, R120

European Technical Assessment ETA-23/0196 for anchorage in masonry

  • Static and quasi-static action (dia. 6)

  • Fire resistance R30, R60, R90, R120 (dia. 6)

European Technical Assessment ETA-16/0128 for anchors in a redundant non-structural system:

  • Cracked and uncracked concrete, (dia. 6)

  • Hollow-core prestressed concrete ceilings C30/37-C50/60, (dia. 6)

  • Fire resistance R30, R60, R90, R120

Fire resistance rating when exposed to fire according to the standard temperature time curve in masonry (Mz, KSL, KS) - expert report no 2101/173/18 - 2018

Notice

When installing with a tangential impact driver, the recommended maximum nominal torque must be observed. The maximum installation torque specified must be observed when installing the fixtures. When used in masonry, the stone-specific installation data according to ETA-23/0196 must be observed.

Application area

Anchorages in concrete, individual fixing point with approval (dia. 6):

In normal weight concrete C20/25 to C50/60 (cracked and uncracked concrete)

Anchorages in masonry with approval (dia. 6):

  • In solid calcium silicate block and perforated block

  • In solid block masonry brick

Anchors in a redundant non-structural system in concrete, with approval:

  • In normal weight concrete C20/25 to C50/60 (cracked and uncracked concrete, (dia. 6))

  • In hollow-core prestressed concrete ceilings C30/37-C50/60, (dia. 6)

With metric connection thread in extra-long version. The efficient fastening solution for many plumbing and HVAC applications under insulated ceilings, where pipes have to be installed on several levels, or for fixtures that need to be removable

Ideal for fastening medium loads in concrete and light to medium loads in masonry:

  • Fastening of e.g. pipe clamps, mounting rails, brackets, metal profiles, ceiling substructures etc. through insulation material

  • Fastenings subject to seismic activity in earthquake-prone areas (only concrete)

  • Fastenings subject to exposure to fire

W-BS/S (galvanised steel) may only be used in dry indoor room conditions

For use in concrete < C20/25 and pressure-resistant natural stone (without approval)

The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.
The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2

Example article number structures:
Example 1: Screw with dimensions of 4x10 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
00574 10 (2 spaces between the 4 and the 10)

Example 2: Screw with dimensions of 10x20 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
005710 20 (1 space between the 10 and the 20)

Example 3: Flat washer with an internal diameter of 6 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
04076
Price per packaging unit (PU):
The displayed price is always in line with the displayed packaging, if the PU is 250 the price for 250 units, if the PU is 300 the price for 300 units.

Price with price key representation (PSL):
The price always applies to a quantity ruled through the price key:
Price for 1 unit
Price for 100 units
Price for 1000 units
The quantity shows the number of pieces or units of measure contained in the order or delivery for the respective article.
In contrast to sales packaging and secondary packaging, the disposal costs for chemical-technical products are shown separately. The breakdown of the individual costs can be found on the relevant products and also in the shopping cart, as well as in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
