Fall-proof fastening for frame profiles made of plastic, aluminium, wood and wood-aluminium

The Fix Max^® thread anchor - BS100 is an M16 threaded rod made of stainless steel with a hexagon socket and M8 internal thread for fastening fall-proof construction products to all standard window frame profiles.

The BS100's DIBt national technical approval and general type approval (Z-14.4-884) makes it the first fastener within the limits described in those approvals that is proven to meet building control requirements.

Quick and simple installation of the mounting systems

Can be installed on the window element at the factory

Application

Instructions

1. Mark the drill point on the profile

2. Drill the hole (steel reinforcement determines HSS drill diameter)

3. Cut the thread using an M16 screw tap

4. Screw in Fix Max^® thread anchor - BS100

5. Screw in the stud bolt/set screw by hand
