This type of floor marking must not be subjected to high mechanical stress, in particular from heavy industrial trucks, turning or pivoting manoeuvres on the marking, or from dragging or pushing pallets across the marked area.

Application area

Self-adhesive PVC floor-marking strips allow fast, precise and uniform line marking in warehousing, production and logistics, without time-consuming measuring.

Typical applications include bay marking (e.g. pallet bays, picking zones and staging areas), route marking and material-flow control (pedestrian and transport routes, one-way systems), safety marking (restricted areas, safety distances, warning and protection zones), zone marking in production and assembly (work areas, buffer zones, transfer points), and lean/5S marking for order and standardisation on the shop floor.

Instructions

For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces, particularly concrete and asphalt.

Simply unroll the tape and stick the dots section by section in the desired position. Then peel off the liner/application film and press down firmly on each dot. A press-on roller is particularly suitable for this purpose.

Marking strips can be individually removed in case of damage. The use of Industry Cleaner is recommended for clean, residue-free removal of any remaining adhesive.
