Application area

The footprint makes walkways and standing areas immediately recognisable, clearly separates pedestrian and vehicle zones as well as safety and transfer areas, and thereby supports accident prevention and process reliability in warehousing, logistics and production.

The product is designed for smooth indoor floors and light to medium loads, and is suitable for pedestrian zones and pallet-truck routes. This allows traffic routes and work areas to be kept clearly separated and distinctly marked.

In addition to production, warehousing and logistics, typical areas of use include workshops, supermarkets, gyms, hotels, restaurants and filling stations, as floor markings there make it easier to communicate safety distances and walkways and to clearly mark waiting positions.

As part of 5S and lean management, it also supports fixed standing positions at workstations, the marking of FIFO areas, waiting areas and material staging areas, and the maintenance of safe distances, thereby reducing search and changeover times and improving traffic flow.

Instructions

For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces, particularly concrete and asphalt.

When peeling, do not touch the adhesive area and try to remove the protective film in one piece. Immediately position and stick the marking in place. Press firmly. We recommend a press-on roller for a particularly uniform finish.

Avoid air pockets and ensure correct positioning, as it will not be possible to remove again due to the high adhesive force. The footprints can be driven over or walked on immediately after application.
