- Can be walked on after approx. 24 hours
- Low efflorescence thanks to trass powder
- Easy to apply
- Highly resistant to mechanical stresses
- Frost-resistant
- Shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place protected from the weather
- The technical data applies to +20°C and 50 % relative humidity. Lower temperatures increase the specified values, while higher temperatures decrease the specified values.
- Set mortar must not be mixed with water again.
- Apart from the mixing water, no other ingredients such as aggregates, additives and admixtures may be added to the fresh mortar.
- Only clean, rust-free tools should be used for mixing and processing the material.
- Vessels and tools must be cleaned immediately with water, as once the material has hardened, cleaning can only be carried out mechanically.
The usage instructions are recommendations based on the tests we have conducted and on our experience; carry out your own tests before each application. Datasheets(X)
- For the production of smaller point, strip and plane foundations and concrete bases with medium pressure loads as well as garden fastenings.
- For the setting of edge stones, paving slabs and paving stones, as well as natural stone installations.
To mix the material, first add clean, cold tap water to a clean mixing container and then slowly sprinkle in the material. Then mix the two together with a suitable agitator, stirring constantly, until it is smooth and homogeneous. For manual processing, we recommend an agitator with approx. 600 rpm with reversible or double-disc stirrer. The amount of water required depends on the amount of material and the mortar processing method. The addition of water can be adjusted so that the fresh mortar can be processed earth-moist or slightly plastic.
Consistency test: Squeeze some mixed mortar in your fist and roll it back and forth several times in the open palm of your hand. When the mortar no longer sticks and does not fall apart, an earth-moist consistency has been reached (protective gloves must always be worn).
Apply the fresh mortar homogeneously into the formwork, compact and then, depending on the application, smooth or rub down. The minimum application thickness must not be less than 25 mm and must correspond to the required load (if necessary, a structural engineer must be consulted).
