This shows how long the filter offers protection against certain organic gas vapours and is located inside the filter next to the activated charcoal. Organic vapours passing through the filter are also absorbed in the consumption indicator. On the transparent wall of the filter is an indicator showing the respective degree of saturation. The display changes as soon as the filter is exposed to certain vapour concentrations. When applied correctly in appropriate environments, this results in an indicator line that easily shows the filter consumption.
