The SIMPLEX nylon hammer insert (series 3208) is a very hard insert with a hardness of approx. 73 Shore D. This white polyamide insert offers excellent impact properties and guarantees maximum strength with outstanding durability. It is made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-moulded plastic inserts, it is therefore much more wear-resistant and stronger. It does not shatter even at temperatures below freezing. It is also resistant to oil and grease.
This insert is available in sizes D30 mm to D80 mm.
