The nylon inserts for SUPERCRAFT soft-face hammers (series 3508) are very hard with a hardness of approx. 73 shore D. These white polyamide inserts offer excellent impact properties and guarantee maximum strength with outstanding durability. They are made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-moulded plastic inserts, they are therefore much more wear-resistant and stronger. They do not shatter even at temperatures below freezing. They can withstand the high impact forces of recoil-free soft-face hammers. In addition, they are resistant to oil and grease and are also used in the SUPERCRAFT sledgehammers, punches and mallets.
