Twist drill bit
- Exceptionally high drilling stability and cutting force
- Extra-high breakage resistance
- Up to 9 times longer service life and up to 2 times longer service life in comparison to conventional coatings
- Outstanding centring during work and reduction in force required
- 3-face shank (from dia. 4 mm)
Machine tap
- One of the most powerful screw tap coatings currently on the market for machining hard materials
- Specially developed for thread processing
- Extremely high heat resistance up to 800°C
- Very high coating hardness up to 3000 HV
- Multi-layer design with additional sliding layer ensures extremely low friction values, low adhesion tendency and optimum chip removal
- Stable cutting edge through reduced chip angle
Suitable for the ORSY® system, compact and practical system cassette with useful details, such as stackability, optimised joint and simple opening
- Sufficient coolant and lubricant must be added during drilling and when cutting threads
- For further information, please refer to the individual products.
Datasheets(X)
Before reversing the screw tap, make sure to remove the spiral point of the tool fully out of the drill hole. Failure to do so may cause cutting edges to chip or the tool to break.
