Milling aid for creating recesses for concealed beam connectors.

Instructions

Select the template insert (90 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm or 190 mm) and insert into the template carrier. Fix insert using metric screws.

Mark the milling position on the main beam

Place the template on the main beam, align it and fix in place using 2 ASSY countersunk head screws, d = 5 mm

Set the router to a milling depth of 14 mm

Mill the recess

Remove the milling template
