For outdoor use, apply butyl adhesion primer first. This significantly increases the adhesion strength of adhesive tape on all surfaces.

Revolving and turning on the tape by industrial trucks or other heavy vehicles should be avoided. This can damage the tape.

Application area

Durable, self-adhesive floor marking adhesive tape used to safely mark traffic areas and workspaces without creating a slip hazard. The dirt-resistant, retroreflective non-slip surface (R11) improves visibility - even in poor lighting - and reduces the risk of slipping on smooth, untreated and uneven surfaces.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor areas, e.g. for marking and safeguarding footpaths, traffic lanes, transitions, ramps, steps, entrances and exits and hazardous areas. The tape can be applied quickly, is suitable to be walked on immediately after application and, thanks to its extremely high wear resistance, is ideal for applications in storage, logistics and production where it will be subjected to medium loads (e.g. by pallet trucks, trolleys or roller containers).

Instructions

For optimal adhesion, the substrate must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. On certain surfaces, it is recommended that butyl primer also be used - in particular on concrete, asphalt, untreated and unpainted wood and all rough and grained surfaces.

To increase adhesion and durability, the non-slip floor marking adhesive tape should be firmly pressed into place after being applied. A press-on roller works especially well for this.
