Its unique properties make the PUR wood adhesive 2C suitable for fast bonding and for various repairs to almost all wood materials.
Typical applications include assembling or repairing furniture, kitchens, worktops, drawers, cabinets, wooden handles, parquet, skirting boards, as well as terrace, sauna or pool areas. For repairing torn parts in chipboard or cracks in wooden panels.
Fast fixing when repairing breakage and wood rot in supports, window frames, etc., loosened dowel connections, loosened/modified lamella connections and PVC rigid foam boards.
Ideal for assembly, maintenance and repair of interior areas in schools, municipal buildings, caravans and mobile homes, buses, trucks, boats, yachts, etc.
The surfaces to be adhered must be free from dust, oil, grease or other contamination.
The adhesive is applied using a dual cartridge gun. Before processing, apply a small amount of adhesive onto a cloth/piece of paper. Then attach the mixer nozzle and apply a small amount of adhesive to the cloth/paper again until the adhesive has a uniform colour.
Assemble, fix and press the parts to be adhered as quickly as possible. Depending on the material, the parts can undergo manual further processing after approximately one hour. Processes such as drilling, milling and thread cutting can be performed after approximately three hours.
