PETG stands for polyethylene terephthalate, modified with glycol. PETG filament is superior to other filaments in many ways. It combines the advantages of both PLA and ABS. PETG is highly durable, has strong mechanical properties, is flame retardant, is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and is easy to print.
