- The closing sequence control ensures that the inactive and active leaves are closed in the specified order. In other words, the inactive leaf always closes before the active leaf
- When opening the inactive leaf, brake wedges in the slide rail ensure that the active leaf remains closed when the inactive leaf is opened
- The leaves cannot be locked individually
