3 in 1 - Drilling, thread cutting and countersinking/deburring in just one operation
No tool change required, saves time and costs
The first combination screw tap, which is suitable for thicker workpieces in addition to sheet metal machining
Enables double-depth drilling, thread cutting and countersinking/deburring compared to conventional combination screw taps (2xD instead of 1xD)
The first combination screw tap that is not limited to use in materials up to 600 N/mm² strength, but suitable for almost all materials
Newly developed tool geometry and HSCo cutting material
Significantly longer service life compared to conventional combination screw taps
Newly developed tool geometry and HSCo cutting material
Very fast, precise work
Twist drill bit with speed geometry
Optimal centring when working on curved surfaces
Twist drill bit with 135° tip angle and optimised cross thinning
Newly developed shaft generation with a combination of polygon and straight shank with square drive
The polygon shank prevents turning in the drill chuck, ensures optimal transmission of forces and protects the drill chuck from damage
Available exclusively from Würth
Suitable for the ORSY® system, compact and practical system cassette with useful details, such as stackability, optimised joint and simple opening
- Countersinks according to DIN74-1 for countersunk head screws (according to DIN 7991) are not possible!
- For use in cordless drills as well as on hand-held, pillar and upright drills.
- Sufficient coolant and lubricant must be added.
After the drilling process, it is essential to drastically reduce the rotation speed for thread cutting and countersinking/deburring. The recommended cutting values, depending on the material and tool diameter, can be found in the cutting values overview included in the online shop.
