Power tool compatibility:
The XTK8 EXACT cutting disc is suitable for manual applications using angle grinders of all performance classes (including power tools with low drive power and cordless power tools). It is particularly battery conserving. The smaller friction surface results in low energy consumption.
Material compatibility:
The XTK8 EXACT is specially designed for use on stainless steel (VA steel, INOX), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel, also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel.
This tool is particularly suitable for cutting threaded rods, structural steel, spring steels, thin-walled sheet metal, rust-resistant and acid-resistant steel, high-alloy steel, high-strength sheet metal, plastic-coated sheet metal, painted sheet metal, zinc plated components and also cable ducts. Narrow gap widths make this cutting disc ideal for MIG soldering and bodywork tasks.
