The XTK6 EXACT impresses with outstandingly smooth running. Due to its exceptionally precise, clean and almost burr-free cut, the need for post-processing is virtually non-existent. The just 0.6 mm thin disc even cuts extremely hard materials such as spring steels, stainless steels sheeting etc. The narrow cut requires almost no contact pressure
Machine compatibility:
The XTK6 EXACT cutting disc is suitable for free-hand use with angle grinders of all performance classes (including low-drive power and cordless tools). It is particularly battery-efficient. Due the small friction surface, energy absorption is low.
Method of application:
The XTK6 EXACT offers impressive full cuts with particularly aggressive, easy and fast cutting. The disc is characterised by low spark formation, low dust formation, outstandingly smooth running and extremely low burr formation with minimum discolouration on the material. Precise and fast working in thin-walled material poses no problem. Due to the offset, the disc achieves a low angular deviation.
This tool is particularly suitable for cutting threaded rods, rust- and acid-resistant steel, zinc plated components and beams. Due to the narrow gap widths, this cutting disc is ideal for MIG soldering and bodywork tasks.
