Step 2: Intermediate sanding with long sanding belt metal compact grain (performed with grain size 240; example article number 0674518024)


Step 3: Final sanding (finish sanding) with long sanding belt metal fleece (performed with medium version; example article number 0585441801)



The optimum belt speed should be selected as appropriate for the material to be processed (thickness and type). The recommended belt speed is a guideline value only. The belt speed and the contact pressure affect the service life of the sanding belt and the surface results.
