Can be used in the Würth building sealing system to reinforce heavy-weight bituminous coatings (art. no. 0893 212 115, 0893 212 120) and cement-based coatings (art. no. 0893 212 125). The use of reinforcement fabric is required particularly in areas at risk of cracking, to provide resistance against driving rain, for connections, transitions and chamfers, and when creating wall seals in line with DIN 18533.
Apply the coating as per the processing guidelines. The reinforcement fabric is then embedded in the fresh first layer using a smoothing trowel. The next layers are then applied. Please refer to the relevant technical data sheet for information on the requisite sealant coat thicknesses. The reinforcement fabric should overlap by at least 5 cm at the joints.
