The core element is the heavy duty Kevlar cord, which can be extended by up to 90 cm. As soon as you let go of your knife, it is returned to you via the flexible cord. Your hands remain free for other activities, and the knife is always to hand.
The carabiner is designed for your belt loop, the steel cord at the other end for the eyelet of your cutting tool.
The loop of steel cord is designed to fit almost all Martor knives with an eyelet. To ensure that the Kevlar cord can retract immediately if required, the retractor should not be used with tools weighing over 170 g.
The Kevlar cord is constantly in motion during cutting, meaning it can withstand a great deal - forces of up to 355 N to be precise. The Kevlar cord can be extended up to 90 cm in length, providing flexibility for performing tasks.
