The RS580 EXTENDED is a roughing disc (shape 27) for angle grinders of all power classes, including high-frequency machines (HF) and pneumatic machines.
Material compatibility:
The RS580 EXTENDED has been specifically designed the machining stainless steel (VA steel, Inox), steel (black steel, also known as structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The RS580 EXTENDED roughing disc is ideally suited for chamfering, weld seam preparation, levelling weld seams and for buffing and levelling cast parts.
Application:
The RS580 EXTENDED impresses with its very high machining performance and aggressiveness combined with a long service life. Due to its top coat of fine grain, the disc keeps material chipping to a minimum.
