Approval for self-cleaning glass
For sealing self-cleaning/photocatalytic glass with a titanium dioxide coating, a special MS polymer-based sealant system that is ideal for the purpose and has been tested must be used. Conventional silicone sealants can dissolve the glass coating.
Suitable for double glazing of insulating and laminated safety glass panes

Building material class B2 according to DIN 4102
Due to the large number of varnish formulations, always conduct your own tests to check coating compatibility and ascertain whether the sealant can be painted over. Risk of yellowing on contact with alkyd resin paints cannot be excluded, if the sealant is painted over before it is fully hardened. For best results, we recommend painting over the sealant a few days after application and after it has fully hardened. Not suitable for PP, PE, PC, PMMA, PTFE (Teflon), neoprene, bituminous surfaces, marble and mirrors.
Do not use in applications involving contact with pre-compressed sealing tapes.
