The metal-free penetration-resistant midsole and the steel toe cap successfully guard against dangers from above and below. The outstanding product characteristic is the sole core made of Infinergy® from BASF: The oval foam beads of expanded thermoplastic polyurethane fused together form a material that provides excellent all-surface cushioning. When pressure decreases, the extreme resetting capability causes the wearer to recover some of the energy expended while walking.
