The sanding disc has a hook-and-loop backing and is characterised by a high degree of reliability and durability. A high-quality velour is glued to the paper backing (E-paper) using synthetic resin. Even at high contact pressures, the velour remains firmly connected to the sanding disc. Secure, confident and reliable working is also possible at high process temperatures.
The sanding disc is suitable for use on hand-held machines and always delivers a homogeneous grinding finish. The semi-open scattering prevents early clogging when processing wood. The high grain adhesion created by a synthetic resin bond of the grain on the backing proves to be a real advantage in metalworking.
