The series 3012 SIMPLEX soft-face hammer is equipped with popular insert combination TPE-soft/rubber composition. The blue TPE-soft insert is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX series and has a strong damping effect, making it suitable for sensitive work. Compared to the conventional rubber hammer, it does not leave behind any unwanted black abrasion marks. The medium-hard rubber insert is very low-wear, damping and odour-neutral and has a much longer service life than a conventional rubber hammer.
