  • No more conical grinding of the bushings, no more time-consuming searching for the right materials and no more damage to bushings sometimes costing up to €100.

  • The tools can be used directly on the vehicle without the time-consuming dismantling of entire axle components. These pressure pieces are also suitable for use on the workshop press.

  • With the help of the clamping block and the corresponding half-shells, the bushings are preloaded gently and in parallel, which means they can be easily pressed into the intake. While the bushing is often damaged in commercially available cone sleeves, with this clamping block you can mount parts without damaging/deforming/dismantling the bearing sheath.

  • The half-shells are securely fixed in the clamping block, which prevents them from slipping out.

  • The set includes a selection of the most popular applications with wide market coverage.

  • We recommend using a hydraulic cylinder due to the sometimes extreme level of force required for removal in particular. Our 17-t hydraulic cylinder (art. no. 1952004090) is therefore ideal as an extension.
