Scope of delivery
XL Single-Tool Nextruder upgrade from one tool head to five tool heads
- 1x XL Single-Tool Nextruder upgrade
Including 0.4 mm nozzle (for the existing Nextruder)
- 4x XL Multi-Tool Nextruder (with 0.4 mm nozzle)
Including spool holder and Prusa Nextruder sock
- 1x XL electronic expansion set
- XL splitter board
- Additional power supply
- 2x additional 0.4 mm nozzles
To upgrade the XL with additional print heads, make sure that you have the tools listed below available. These are part of the Original Prusa XL package and should already be at your disposal.
Tools required for installation
- Mini wrench - used to calibrate the dock and can be replaced with a small slotted screwdriver if required
- Universal wrench - used to calibrate the dock
- PH2 screwdriver - a standard PH2 screwdriver is required for the clamping screws
Needle-nose pliers - T10 key - at least 71 mm long
- 2.5 mm hex key - at least 86 mm long, as thin as possible due to space limitations
- 3.0 mm hex key - at least 128 mm long
