These discs, which apart from their high aggressiveness are also particularly good value for money, are suitable for use on steel, stainless steel and other metals.
The abrasive grain on the Klingspor CS 565 fibre discs is made of zirconia alumina. This grain is very tough, hard and has an even crystalline structure. It is self-sharpening, so the discs can achieve perfect sanding results over a long period of time.
The dense scattering ensures a high removal rate as almost the entire surface of the CS 565 fibre disc is covered with abrasive grain. The high scattering density also ensures a long service life. Combined with the self-sharpening abrasive grain zirconia alumina, this enables steel, stainless steel and metal to be processed with less material consumption and thus lower costs.
