Seal any opened containers immediately, store in a cool and dry location on wooden grids and use up as soon as possible.
The screed can be walked on after 3 hours.
The rapid screed can be covered with concrete at a residual moisture content of less than 2.5 wt % (measured according to the CM method). This residual moisture content is achieved after 24 hours with a screed thickness of 4 cm, a substrate and air temperature above +20°C and a relative humidity of max. 50 %.
In the case of a compound screed, you must wait until the complete structure is dry.
For heated screeds, heating can take place after three days:
- The flow temperature should be kept at the lowest level for three days. Then increase the heat in 5°C steps until the maximum flow temperature is reached.
- Maintain this temperature for four days and then lower it to room temperature (approx. 20°C) in 5°C steps.
- The technical data applies to +20°C and 50 % relative humidity
- Lower temperatures increase the specified values, while higher temperatures decrease the specified values
- Screeds interact with their environment with regard to building physics. If the screeds remain in place for an extended period of time, moisture can penetrate back through them
- The amount of water required is based on empirical values. Depending on the application, it may be necessary to add more water
- The processing time depends on the absorption capacity of the substrate
- For the subsequent laying of tiles, slabs, mosaic, concrete, building blocks or natural stone coverings
- In the case of unusually highly absorbent, new or unusual substrates, test surfaces must be prepared and the processing guidelines of the respective manufacturer followed
- Clean vessels, tools etc. immediately with water
Once hardened, it can only be cleaned off mechanically

Datasheets(X)
- For the production of readily usable screeds, e.g. for new-builds and refurbishment
- For the construction of rapid-setting cement screeds on separating, insulating or bonded layers in accordance with EN 13813, taking into account rapid setting
- For heated floor structures
- Repair of cement screeds
- Mix 25 kg of rapid screed with approx. 2.25 l of clean, cold tap water.
- Suitable for mixing with all common screed mixing and conveying machines.
- When processing mechanically with compressed air conveyors, maximum feed widths or feed heights of 30 m or 15 m must be observed.
- The prepared areas must only be large enough to be completed within the processing time. In the case of compound screeds, the concrete surface must be pre-wetted and pre-slurried with contact slurry. Apply the screed mortar while the contact slurry is still fresh.
- In the event of interruptions to work, the mixer, pumps and hoses must immediately be cleaned thoroughly.
- Mortar that is already hardening must not be diluted with water.
Layer thickness:
- Compound screed: 30 mm-80 mm
- On separating layer: 40 mm-80 mm
- On insulating layer: 45 mm-80 mm
Caution: In the case of heated screeds, the screed thickness starts at the top of the heating pipe!
