Notice

When laminating in conjunction with VAKU 90 glass fibre mat, ensure bubble-free application. Apply VAKU 80 wet-on-wet in several steps. Maximum permissible VOC content of VAKU 80: 250 g/l of product category 2(b). Max. VOC content in accordance with German Ordinance on Solvent-Based Paints and Lacquers (ChemVOCFarbV): 0 g/l.


For optimum corrosion protection and reliable adhesion, pre-prime area to be filled prior to application of filler with two-component Multi-Fill (do not use one-component primer, as loss of adhesion)!


Also note less = more. For pore-free application it is important to apply the filler in several thin layers.


Polyester putty will not harden below +10°C.

Automotive/cargo: In vehicle, boat, bodywork and chassis construction for repairing breakage points. For repairing GFRP parts and for restoring shape and stability. Metal: Restoration and repair of GFRP parts, prototype and boat construction.

Instructions

The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease
Sand surfaces
To prevent possible complaints, always ensure that the correct dosing ratio of filler to hardener is used.


  • Dosage: 2% hardener

  • Pot life 10-15 minutes at 20°C

  • Drying time 60 minutes at 20°C
