Based on a chemical basis of reinforced PA6, a very popular technical material for high-stress parts, Ultrasint® PA6 MF is characterised by extremely high rigidity, media tightness and improved thermal warping resistance. Compared to injection-moulded PA6 GF 30 (fibre orientation), this mechanically reinforced PA6 exhibits extremely high isotropic rigidity thanks to the in-particle reinforcement technology. These combined properties make Ultrasint® PA6 MF the perfect choice when other Powder Bed Fusion materials have limitations.
