The reliable hook-and-loop backing allows the disc to be easily attached to the sanding surface of the machine by pressing. The full-surface hook-and-loop fastening means the sanding disc can be applied smoothly and firmly. Due to its properties, this abrasive is the ideal choice for sanding on paint, lacquer, wood and trowel.

The paper backing (C-paper) is a medium-weight paper that is easy to cut, tear and bend. This means that in places that are difficult to reach with the random orbital sander, the grinding discs can be bent or torn for manual sanding. The corundum grains are fixed to the paper backing with synthetic resin and covered with a synthetic resin cover bond.
