The surface coat is subjected to extreme loads when driving in slotted spring pins. The innovative MZSH coating achieves a corrosion resistance of 720 h in the salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227 and is extremely resistant to mechanical stress. The coating therefore effectively prevents premature corrosion of the slotted spring pins, even when already installed.
The drill hole diameter is the same as the nominal diameter (tolerance 12 H).
