The series 3017 SIMPLEX soft-face hammer is equipped with insert combination TPE-soft/super plastic. The blue TPE-soft insert is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX series and has a strong damping effect, making it suitable for sensitive work. Compared to the conventional rubber hammer, it does not leave behind any unwanted black abrasion marks. The super plastic insert allows for a higher impact force than the TPE-soft insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injectionmoulded plastic inserts, it is therefore much more wear-resistant and stronger.

- High-quality, vibration-damping, ergonomically shaped wooden handle; double-painted grip area (dirt-resistant).
