- The TSM‑BC 22 concrete screw, in combination with the WIT‑BS composite mortar, combine bonding and mechanical interlocking to form a powerful anchoring system in old concrete
- When inserting with an impact driver, the composite mortar in the drill hole is displaced upwards in the ring gap between the concrete and the anchor, providing reliable cover material
- By combining the advantages of a concrete screw with the properties of the injectable mortar, the load capacity of the entire system is significantly increased
- At the same time, the system provides additional sealing of the drill hole against moisture ingress
- The mounting bracket anchor ensures secure anchoring of scaffolding and formwork in old concrete
- The anchor has been approved by the building authorities for use in reinforced and unreinforced normal weight concrete with a concrete compressive strength of C20/25 up to C50/60 in accordance with EN 206‑1
- The cutting sleeve with internal thread may be used repeatedly as a fixing point in the base material
- Virtually no expansion effect, enabling minimal edge distances and spacings
- Small drill hole depth
- High admissible loads
The screw can be loaded immediately. The design rules from the approvals must be observed.
The screw must be combined with the DW15 cutting sleeve connection or with the M24 cutting sleeve connection.
