The abrasive grain on the Klingspor CS 565 fibre discs is made of zirconia alumina. This grain is very tough, hard and has an even crystalline structure. It is self-sharpening, so the discs can achieve perfect sanding results over a long period of time.

The dense scattering ensures a high removal rate as almost the entire surface of the CS 565 fibre disc is covered with abrasive grain. The high scattering density also ensures a long service life. Combined with the self-sharpening abrasive grain zirconia alumina, this enables steel, stainless steel and metal to be processed with less material consumption and thus lower costs.
