The ceramic corundum grain is self-sharpening and thus ensures a very high removal rate and a long service life. Due to the cool grinding with additional multi-connection, there are no problems with overheating or discolouration.
In addition to the microcrystalline self-sharpening effect of ceramic corundum, the improved grain adhesion contributes to the long service life of the FS 966 ACT fibre discs. This is achieved by a top layer of synthetic resin with ACT (Advanced Coating Technology). The fibre discs are used on angle grinders and are mainly used for sanding welding seams and edges on stainless steel components.
