Connection elements with galvanised chromium (VI)-free thick-film passivation (ZSM) offer a future-proof alternative to surfaces containing chromium (VI). The coating consists of a zinc layer with passivation on a chromium (III) basis with sealing. Washers with ZSM coating can be paired with ZSML as well as VZD-coated threaded parts.
