Quick-hardening mortar for repair work and for forming hollows

Swells easily

  • Watertight, as the mortar does not tend to form shrinkage cracks

  • Seals with high degree of functional reliability

Ready for use

Can be mixed with water immediately, reduced application outlay

Hardens quickly

Brief waiting periods until further work can be performed, saving both time and money

For repair work and for forming hollows

  • For a broad range of applications

  • Reduced costs due to lower material stockpiling

Outstanding adhesion to mineral surfaces

Can be used on all common mineral surfaces, resulting in a high level of application reliability and little need to stockpile materials

Can be used in old and new buildings

Versatile applications, costs reduced due to low material stockpiling

NoticeDuring application, we recommend using personal protective equipment (safety goggles and gloves) for occupational safety reasons.

The waterproof mortar contains cement; avoid contact with skin

The usage instructions are recommendations based on the tests we have conducted and are based on our experience; carry out your own tests before each application. Application areaCan be used in the Würth building waterproofing system for forming hollows in areas exposed to pressurised water, e.g. walls/base area of cellar wall seals, repair work and on defective spots. For use on mineral substrates such as concrete and masonry. To be used in system with single-component bitumen-latex thick coating, 2-component heavy-weight coating and 2-component cement-based sealing. Wall pre-treatment with building waterproofing system primer coat to achieve improved adhesion to the substrate.
InstructionsClean the substrate of loose components and moisten slightly with water.

Mix the waterproof mortar: Mix approx. 4-4.5 litres of water to a bag of waterproof mortar (25 kg) using a slow agitator, art. no. 0702 836 0, and a mixing paddle, art. no. 0713 95 121. ¾ of the water must be added and mixed with the powder to make a pasty mortar compound. Add the rest of the water after approx. 3 minutes of mixing time until the required consistency is achieved. For forming a proper hollow, the waterproof mortar must be applied with an arm length of approx. 4-6 cm on the wall/base area and formed in a round shape.

A period of approx. 24 hours must pass before further work can be performed on the surface. The freshly made hollow must be protected from rain, frost, water and direct sunlight.

The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.
The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2

Example article number structures:
Example 1: Screw with dimensions of 4x10 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
00574 10 (2 spaces between the 4 and the 10)

Example 2: Screw with dimensions of 10x20 mm:
VVVVAAABBB
005710 20 (1 space between the 10 and the 20)

Example 3: Flat washer with an internal diameter of 6 mm:
VVVVAAABBB

Price per packaging unit (PU):
The displayed price is always in line with the displayed packaging, if the PU is 250 the price for 250 units, if the PU is 300 the price for 300 units.

Price with price key representation (PSL):
The price always applies to a quantity ruled through the price key:
Price for 1 unit
Price for 100 units
Price for 1000 units
The quantity shows the number of pieces or units of measure contained in the order or delivery for the respective article.
In contrast to sales packaging and secondary packaging, the disposal costs for chemical-technical products are shown separately. The breakdown of the individual costs can be found on the relevant products and also in the shopping cart, as well as in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
