Using the zWasher Smart Disk, a screw connection can be assembled and disassembled axially with no bending torque and without a support arm. This procedure allows the required pre-tensioning force to be achieved with much higher precision and prevents damage to the components.

When connecting the screw and the nut, the appropriate zWasher counter-washer must also be placed beneath the nut.
