This type of floor marking must not be subjected to high mechanical loads, in particular from heavy industrial trucks, turning or pivoting manoeuvres on the marking, or from dragging or pushing pallets across the marked area.

Application area

The marking is suitable for low to moderate loading. It is designed for pedestrian areas and rolling transport equipment such as pallet jacks, roll containers and tugger trains.



It also supports 5S and lean applications such as one-way systems, standardised movement directions, material flow and replenishment along milk-run and kanban routes to handover, packing and entrance areas.



In addition to production, warehousing and logistics, typical areas of use include workshops, supermarkets, gyms, hotels, restaurants and filling stations, as floor markings there improve navigation, make it easier to communicate routes and distances and make exits, escape routes and rescue routes quicker and easier to find.

Instructions

For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces - particularly concrete and asphalt.



When peeling, do not touch the adhesive area and try to remove the protective film in one piece. Immediately position and stick the marking in place. Press firmly. We recommend a pressure roller for a particularly uniform finish.



Avoid air pockets and ensure correct positioning, as it will not be possible to remove again due to the high adhesive force. The arrow shape can be fully loaded immediately after application.
