The floor marking may not be exposed to any high mechanical stress, in particular from heavy industrial trucks or from revolving movements or turning manoeuvres performed on the marking, as well as pallets being pulled or pushed across the marked surface.

This self-adhesive cross-shape floor marking made of robust PVC is used for marking straight crossings and intersections on walkways and traffic routes, ensuring clear zoning, safe routing and clearly visible divisions between storage, logistics and production on smooth indoor flooring subject to light to medium traffic.
It is ideal for crossings on walkways and vehicle traffic routes, transitions and intersections between areas or teams and node marking in milk-run and tugger train routes, and also supports a standardised marking logic in combination with other floor markings.
The striking colour allows for quicker identification of relevant areas, reducing search times, minimising mispicking and increasing both safety and process reliability in intralogistics. The marking is designed for foot traffic and wheeled transport such as pallet trucks, roller containers and tugger trains.
For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces, particularly concrete and asphalt.
When peeling, do not touch the adhesive area and try to remove the protective film in one piece. Then immediately position the marking, stick it in place and press it down firmly. To ensure a particularly even finish, we recommend using a press-on roller.
Avoid air pockets and ensure correct positioning, as it will not be possible to remove it again, due to the high adhesive strength. The cross is at full strength immediately following application.
