DBU Red fire protection fabric

• A fire protection coating forming an insulating layer is applied to one side of the bandage.


• Resistant to external influences such as moisture, weather and UV radiation.


• For use indoors and outdoors.


• Paintable surface.


• Fibreglass on the outside (grey) and foaming coating on the inside in case of fire (red).


• Easy installation.


• The fire protection fabric is pre-slotted down the centre and can be split lengthwise, so less material is required in the wall and, when used on ceilings, the fabric only needs to be applied to the underside of the ceiling.


• Penetration sealing of all commercially available flexible elastomeric foam insulation (FEF).


• Implementation without protective insulation up to an external pipe diameter of 114.3 mm.


• Penetration sealing of pre-insulated air-conditioning split line combinations up to R 120 in accordance with DIN 4102-11.


• Can be installed with zero spacing to other systems and installed components.


• Copper pipes up to an outside diameter of 88.9 mm.


• Steel/cast iron/stainless steel pipework up to an external diameter of 323.9 mm.
