- The PUR stone and wood adhesive is a high-performance adhesive based on modified polyurethane that is suitable for reliable wood bonding as well as for flat brick walls and wood panelling in drywalling.
- The PUR stone and wood adhesive enables simple, clean and time-saving application, adheres strongly to many mineral surfaces after a short curing time, can be used at low temperatures and requires neither water nor mixing technology.
- The PUR stone and wood adhesive is water-resistant to D4 in accordance with DIN EN 204 and is permanently resistant to water, sea water, calcium solution and diluted acids and alkalis. It is also approved for autoclaved aerated concrete shaped masonry up to a building height of 10 metres.
- In principle, the wood should be dried before processing to a humidity that is close to the equilibrium of its later environment.
- Cut away any protruding adhesive residues after curing.
- Use only in well-ventilated areas.
- Wear protective gloves, safety goggles and workwear.
- Not UV-resistant - therefore unsuitable for long-term use in areas that are exposed to weather conditions.
- Remove fresh splashes immediately with PURlogic clean PU foam cleaner; hardened material can only be removed mechanically.

PUR stone and wood adhesive has been developed for wood bonding and for bonding different types of brick with flat bonding surfaces. The product is also suitable for lower-level wall constructions of low heights without structural relevance, for example in drywalling or small partitions.
PUR stone and wood adhesive is particularly suitable for: flat brick walls; autoclaved aerated concrete shaped bricks; wood panelling in drywalling; small, non load-bearing walls and partitions
When applying the adhesive, it is important that the bonding surfaces are clean, dust-free, load-bearing and with flat contact surfaces.
- Shake can vigorously at least 20 times before use.
- Remove the safety cover and screw the can onto the gun or place the tube on the valve.
- Apply the adhesive sparingly using a continuous process.
- After a few seconds, a thin, filling adhesive layer forms; the components can then be joined.
- The substrates must be free of ice.
- The optimum can temperature is 20 °C; lower temperatures are expected to produce a lower yield.
- For autoclaved aerated concrete shaped bricks, apply the adhesive with a line diameter of approx. 2 cm, then spread the adhesive to the edges of the stonework.
- The stones must be applied and pressed into place at the latest 5 minutes after application, i.e. before skin formation.
- Stonework that has already been placed may no longer be lifted away or moved.
- Before applying the adhesive, clean the load-bearing surfaces so that they are free of dust.
